Order Handling
At Purepeptidesresearch, orders are typically prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days once payment has been confirmed.
Where We Ship
We currently deliver within the United States only. At this time, international shipping is not available.
Shipping Process
We work with major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping options and estimated arrival times will be shown during checkout based on your location.
Delivery Expectations
Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days after they have been shipped. While we aim for fast and smooth delivery, timelines may vary depending on external factors.

• Weather or natural events
• Incorrect address details provided at checkout
• Unforeseen circumstances outside of our control
Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Reporting an Issue
If there’s a problem with your order (such as damage, missing items, or receiving the wrong product), you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
When reaching out, please include:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos showing the product and packaging
Claims submitted after this window may not be reviewed.
How We Handle Approved Claims
If your claim is verified, we may either:
• Send a replacement for the affected item, or
• Issue a refund for that specific product
Any approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:
• Late claims (after 48 hours)
• Improper handling or misuse
• Incorrect shipping details entered at checkout
• Carrier delays once the package is in transit
